My husband, Anutosh James, and I own Alive! Whole Life Fitness Studio where he trains clients in his own form of slow motion, high intensity, low-impact strength training we call SafeStrength™. I'm an NLP Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Health Practitioner and WealthyMind™Trainer and I'm currently learning Hypnosis. Right now we are raising 500K so we can expand the studio to include NIA, massage, Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Nutrition, and Saturday Night Salsa Dancing! We'll have been married 20 years come June 14, 2007, and that's a record for me, as it's my fourth marriage (one didn't really count - if you know what I mean ;-)). 

I'm still in close contact with Kirtan who lives in Santa Fe. Tosh and I lived there for 12 years before returning to the Bay Area in 1998. We really miss it!
