Hi Friends,

Although a girl of many words, when it comes to speak of Meditation, I am often stumped! as so many others do it so beautifully!

But it's lovely to share ones own experiences and inspiriations, with so many beauitful works available! Masters and teachers expressing the inexpressible.

Kahil Gibran was my first love x and then I met OSHO through his books.

Now I live  curiously observing  myself and consciously losing myself in all that i do,  laughing, cooking, fucking, crying, dancing, screaming, eating, hugging, ranting, kissing, cuddling, smiling and jumping for joy! OSHO has been the vine on which I climb x The rest is up to me.

With exisitence as ones Master, catching each moment, curiously observing myself and how I react to the world around me is liberating, not always easy, but definately always liberating!

Then when the gentle kiss of Meditation happens, it just happens.

The world really looks quite different when ones not quite so lost in it!

This is simply my experience, everybody elses will be as unique as my own.
